E-Commerce Business Investment

Minell Eberdt Consulting, in partnership with our sister company, ArkansasWeb.com, provides consultation and production services to existing and start-up businesses for online commerce. We are willing to take a calculated risk by investing in your business and use our experience, resources and knowledge to turn that business into a success with a return for profit off of that web business. We will become your strategic partner and can provide you with expertise that is necessary for your company’s growth.
We design, host, program and market a website for your company, you provide the product.
How does the process work?
- You are required to fill out an online Business Proposal Form. NO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- We will evaluate your business to determine our level of interest.
- If our team has further interest, we will arrange an in-person interview to discuss in greater detail. At this point it will be important that you come prepared with information to SELL us on working with you. Also, providing some preliminary research of competition, market analysis, etc. will help in the decision making process. We DO NOT meet with everyone that makes an inquiry. We also do not accept phone calls or emails regarding investment opportunities, you MUST fill out a Business Proposal Form before we can have any correspondence. All fields are required for consideration.
PLEASE NOTE: We only invest in businesses that have a product or service that can be sold online. This investment opportunity does not include informational websites, non-profit websites or any business that wants to "showcase" their products. Only online transactions will apply. - Our officers have over 35 years combined business and web expertise. We will make a decision as a team on who we will work with and if we decide to move forward, then a proposal/contract will be drawn up. Most services will have no initial cost to you; however, there may be some collateral materials, etc. that may incur additional charges, but that will be determined upfront.
Our initial investment is usually valued approximately between $5,000 - $10,000+. Investment is determined on a case by case basis. An exit strategy can also be offered during this process.
We are looking for 3 main things in a business we invest in:
- Trustworthy, hardworking people who have passion for what they do.
- Business with online growth potential.
- A strong management team with clear goals.
Your request will be reviewed and we normally respond within two weeks after receipt of your Business Proposal Form.
We would like to assure you that your business plans and documents or materials sent to us will be kept strictly confidential and handled with care at all times.
In order for this investment to work, you must be willing to allow our company to be in control of your web marketing which means we make the decisions on the brand image, design, layout, architecture and programming of the website.
We only work with US companies.
